 Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh (May Peace Be Upon Us All).

It is undeniable that technology has rapidly developed, it might even be faster than human capabilities to master it. In the same way, technology has given big impact to all aspects of human life. As one of educational service providers, State Polytechnic of Pontianak is now facing challenges, to wit, preparing current students to become leaders at phase of 21st century and preparing them to face future world that might not be like current world we live in today. The world of the future that will likely be like as follows:

Advanced development of information and communication,

New product and service invention at all times

Extensive use of computer and internet,

Knowledge and mastery of technology serve as fundamental skills

 

Then, it is the perfect time for State Polytechnic of Pontianak to bring its students to a new learning environment which is closer to their daily lives and applying information technology and communication as the platform. Moreover, State Polytechnic of Pontianak endeavors to spread ideas and up-to-date information through this website. Next, we also hope we could unify our potential in a form of mutual relationships among stakeholders in order to create a wider access to resources and information which would be beneficial for the people of West Kalimantan especially to the world of education in the region.
